Jana Kramer, an actor and singer-songwriter who specializes in country music and songwriting rose to prominence on TV when she became Alex in the third and final seasons of One Tree Hill. Jana Kramer's debut country album were featured on One Tree Hill's episodes, helping to propel her debut album from 2012 to the top 20 on the Billboard 200. Thirty One (2015), the follow-up album in 2015, also reached into the Top Ten. In the last decade, she was a guest on Dancing with the Stars as well in TV movies and various TV shows. She also released a few singles that did not appear on albums. It was released in 2021 as the self-doubting Voices. Born and raised within Rochester Hills Michigan Jana Rae Kramer was raised on country music. She would later make a record career, but she began her professional life acting as an actress, appearing on screen in the indie horror film Dead/Undead when she was still in her teens. Kramer was a guest on episodes on All My Children, CSI: NY and Friday Night Lights for the second season of the series 2007-2008. Kramer was later cast to portray Portia Ranson on 90210 (2008-2009) as well as Brooke Manning, in Entourage (2009), before she was tapped for One Tree Hill by the CW as Alex Dupre. Kramer remained with the One Tree Hill team until about half-way through the final season (2012). Jana Kramer Kramer's run on One Tree Hill saw her sign a record contract with Elektra Records. In 2011, she premiered the modern love song from the country genre, I Won't Let Go. It later appeared on her debut album Jana Kramer in mid-2012. It reached number five among Billboard Top Country Albums. After focusing on her career in music, Kramer continued to act and was in movies like Heart of the Country 2013 (which appealed to her fans) as well as Country Crush 2016 (which would draw her fans of music). The album was released in October 2015. Kramer dropped her debut album thirty One by Warner Music Nashville. It received a boost from Kramer's Top Five country song I Got the Boy and as a duet with Steven Tyler from Aerosmith. The album peaked at number 3 on the Billboard 200 country charts and top 10 on the Billboard 200. The two-month stint on Dancing with the Stars 23rd season ended in her placing fourth. The same year she was also a part of an adult contemporary smash featuring Feels Like Christmas with Straight No Chaser.
