Kristen Anne Bell is an American actor and singer born in the year 1980. Her birthplace was Huntington Woods and raised there. She is the daughter of Lorelei Frygier and Tom Bell. Her mother is Polish as is her father, who is German, English Irish and Scottish. Kristen discovered her talents in entertainment as a young age. When she was in 1992, she went to her very first audition. She was given an appearance of Raggedy Ann And Andy. Bell aged 13 at the time her mother enrolled to become an agent was also auditioned for ads on newspapers and TV. Now, Bell also begins individual acting classes. Bell made an appearance as a guest in Polish Wedding (2000) in 1998 in a role that was not credited to her. Bell was a student at Shrine Catholic High School and was part of music and the drama club. The Wizard of Oz production at the high school she attended earned her the leading Dorothy part. Bell later moved to New York City, to the Tisch School of the Arts. She studied musical theater at the Tisch School of the Arts. In 2001, Bell quit her university in order to portray the character in the role of Becky in Tom Sawyer. That is the year she made her first credited debut as Pootie Tang. Pootie Tang (2001), however her character was deleted and she was only seen in the credit sequence. Bell appeared alongside Angela Bettis, Liam Neeson as well as in the Broadway production of The Crucible in 2002.
