In 2008, Benedetta Mazza was noticed by the Miss Italia regional selector, who urged her to compete in the beauty contest. She was then crowned Miss Liceo Parma and Miss Cinema Emilia Romagna. She also finishes 5th in Miss Italia 2008. After the competition she is photographed in Just Simpa's charity Calendar that supports the Associazione Volontari dell'Ospedale dei Bambini. She also gets the chance to appear in a small portion of Federico Moccia's film "Amore. Seven September 2009 to 11 June 2011 She was one of the "professors' of the program L'eredita. She also collaborated alongside Enrica Pitore Cristina Buccino, and Serena Gualinetti. In 2010 she was the godmother for the Women's Six Nations Championship tournament in Noceto, she participates as a mysterious character in an episode of the game Identity and is also being the testimonial of the clothing and accessories of the brands Bfly and Gang Cavaliere.Starting from 23 April 2012, she hosted the broadcast La TV Ribelle on Rai Gulp, alongside Mario Acampa, and in the same year she appears on the pages of the weekly magazine Intimita in the section dedicated to fashion. She plays Chantal who is the assistant of Rocco Siffredi, in the episode I Cesaroni. She hosted Gulp Girl, a television show on Rai Gulp since November 2012. It also aired in subsequent seasons up to February 2016. In the spring of 2013 she hosted two special prime-time episodes of Zecchino d'Oro (March 19 Festa del Papa and May 13 La festadella Mamma).
